1. Who we are

Burrito Games ("we", "us") operates this webshop selling sealed trading card game (TCG) product — booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, starter decks, blister packs, cases, TCG accessories and related merchandise. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in EUR. We use the Dutch small-business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, KOR), so we do not charge VAT (BTW) and no VAT is shown on invoices. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is fulfilled. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves a unit against a limited supplier allocation for an upcoming release. Release dates are supplier estimates and may shift; we'll email you if a release date changes materially. Pre-order payment is taken at the time of order, not at shipment.

4. Stock & allocation limits

Where a per-customer limit is shown on a product, orders exceeding that limit may be reduced or cancelled and refunded. Sealed product availability is not guaranteed until checkout completes — high-demand releases can sell out during checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal form or tell us clearly that you withdraw. You pay the cost of sending the goods back, and we refund what you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of getting the goods back — see Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

You're liable for any reduction in the product's value caused by handling it beyond what's needed to establish its nature and characteristics — the same way you'd be allowed to handle it in a physical store. For a sealed TCG product, breaking the factory seal or shrink-wrap goes beyond that: it can reduce the value up to the full purchase price, since the product can no longer be resold as new. Where that applies, the reduction is deducted from your refund.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for secondary-market value changes of any card or sealed product. Our liability for a valid claim is limited to the price paid for the affected item.

7. Product conformity — sealed contents

Sealed TCG product is delivered exactly as packed by the manufacturer or official distributor. Minor variations in packaging, seal, print, color, card centering or other factory characteristics aren't a defect, as long as they don't affect the product's normal usability.

We can't guarantee the contents of a sealed product — pack odds, rarity, condition, centering or which specific cards you pull from a booster pack, box or case are entirely the manufacturer's doing, not ours. A genuine manufacturing defect or missing component is handled under standard consumer conformity rules; report it via the contact page with a description and, where possible, photos. Your statutory consumer-conformity rights are unaffected by this section.

8. Force majeure

We're not liable for a delay or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including supplier or distributor allocation shortfalls, manufacturing delays, and carrier or transport disruption. Where force majeure applies, we may suspend or cancel the affected order without further liability; you'll be refunded for anything not delivered.

9. Fair marketplace — no bots or automated ordering

Using bots, scripts or other automated tooling to place, speed up or bypass the normal checkout process is not allowed. If we find or reasonably suspect automated ordering, checkout-limit evasion (e.g. via multiple accounts or false details), or exploitation of a platform vulnerability, we may cancel the affected order(s) and refund the payment, and may bar the account and/or associated details from future purchases.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
