Not happy with an order, or with how we handled something? Tell us - contact us via the contact page with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve most complaints within 14 days.

Still not resolved?

If we can't resolve it together, you can get free, independent advice on your rights from ConsuWijzer (the Dutch consumer information service of the Authority for Consumers and Markets, consuwijzer.nl). If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your own country can help with a cross-border purchase. (The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was closed in July 2025, so we no longer refer to it.)
