How does a pre-order work?
You pay at checkout, and we ship once the set releases and our stock arrives from the supplier. If demand exceeds our supplier allocation, pre-orders are filled in the order they're placed.
Is there a limit on how many I can buy?
Some products show a "Limit N per customer" — usually a high-demand pre-order with a capped supplier allocation. It's shown right on the product page and enforced at checkout.
Can you guarantee which cards I'll pull from a sealed box?
No — pack odds, rarity and which specific cards you get are entirely down to the manufacturer, not us. What we do guarantee is that the product itself is factory-sealed exactly as we received it.
What payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card/bank details.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation by email once your order ships. If you have an account, you can also see order status under Order History.
Is the product genuine and sealed?
Everything we sell is factory-sealed, exactly as packed by the manufacturer. If you ever have a doubt about a product, contact us with your order number and photos.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number — we can usually adjust or cancel an order before it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Reach out via the contact page with your country and we'll confirm shipping availability and cost.
