Shipping

In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Sealed product is packed with extra void-fill and corner protection to arrive in retail-fresh condition. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Pre-orders ship once the product releases and stock arrives from our supplier — see the estimated release date shown on the product page. If your order mixes an in-stock item with a pre-order, the whole order ships together once the pre-order is available, unless we contact you to split it.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with photos of any damage — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. You can open the packaging only as far as needed to see what the product is and whether it is complete, the way you could in a shop. Please send it back unopened, with the factory seal intact.

A sealed booster box, case or pack whose seal you broke can no longer be sold as new. In that case you are liable for the loss in value, which can be up to the full price, and we deduct it from your refund (see section 5 of the terms). Your right of withdrawal itself stays in place.

To withdraw, use the withdrawal form or tell us clearly via the contact page with your order number, and send the goods back within 14 days after that. You pay the cost of sending them back, except when they arrived defective or damaged. We refund everything you paid for the goods, including the standard shipping you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof that you sent them), on the payment method you used.

Cancelling a pre-order

A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships — contact us with your order number.
